When you contact us

When you request a demo, conversation or more information, we collect your institution, work email, request type and any name, topic or message you provide. We use these details to respond, understand what you need and follow up on your enquiry.

We keep a record of your enquiry, along with the submission time, enquiry page and a reference for the request. We may link your enquiry to an institution record using your work email domain and the institution you provide. This helps us keep related conversations together.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or automatically book a meeting. The form does not save your answers in your browser's storage. Please leave applicant records and other sensitive institutional information out of your message.

Services that help run this website

We use service providers to host this website, process enquiries and maintain our contact records. These providers process information needed to support those services.

Hosting and security services process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the website and help prevent abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the enquiry form from spam by checking your browser before an enquiry is accepted. We do not include your enquiry answers in the verification request to Cloudflare. Read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics and your choices

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they reach the enquiry form and whether a request is accepted. Analytics runs automatically for visits identified as being in the United States, unless you have turned it off or your browser requests no tracking. Google receives technical information from your browser, and analytics cookies help distinguish visits.

Before loading Google Analytics, your browser contacts Cloudflare to identify the country associated with your connection. Cloudflare receives your IP address for this check. We use only the country result and do not save the response or request your precise location. If the result is outside the United States or the check cannot be completed, Google Analytics stays off for that visit.

You can turn analytics off or change your choice through Analytics preferences below or in the footer. This does not affect the website or your ability to contact us. We do not show an automatic analytics popup.

We do not include your name, email, institution, message or contact-record identifiers in analytics events. We exclude URL query parameters and use predefined categories for interactions. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are turned off.

Your analytics preference stays in this browser until you change it or clear your browser's website data. Analytics cookies are set for up to 180 days. If you turn analytics off, we stop further measurement and remove the Google Analytics cookies this site can access. This does not delete information Google has already received. If you turn analytics back on after stopping it, measurement can start on your next page.

We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping analytics off when your browser sends either preference.

Enquiry records and privacy requests

We retain enquiry records to manage your request and any continuing conversation with your institution. You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want follow-up about your enquiry.

Use our website privacy contact form to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing personal information. Any information we must retain to meet legal obligations may be excluded from a deletion request.

Applicant and institutional information

This notice covers the Crossroads marketing website. It does not cover applicant records in an institution's Crossroads service. If you are an applicant, consult your institution's privacy notice and contact its admissions team about your records.
